About us
Mental Well-being in the Workplace
Explore the advantages of partnering with us. We understand that diminished efficiency and increased staff absenteeism often stem from poor mental well-being. In the UK, the financial toll of inadequate mental health on employers ranges from £33 billion to £42 billion annually, with a broader economic impact estimated at £74 billion to £99 billion.
Our approach goes beyond compassion; it’s a strategic business move. Cultivating mental well-being is vital for fostering a thriving, high-performing workforce. We aspire to build workplaces where everyone can prosper and openness and support are ingrained.
According to the Equality Act 2010, a mental health issue can be deemed a disability if it significantly impacts an employee’s life, affecting their ability to concentrate or complete tasks efficiently. Effective mental well-being strategies necessitate collaborative efforts between employers and employees at all levels, fostering vibrant work communities.
Investing in professional consulting, coaching, counselling, and training for employers and leaders can mitigate the adverse effects on the workforce.
Forward-thinking organisations prioritise their staff’s well-being and leverage the expertise of mental well-being professionals.
That’s where we come in.
Partner with us to create a workplace prioritising mental health and enhancing overall organisational success.
